What is the typical shipping timeframe for a new e-bike?
Most in-stock bikes are processed within 2-3 business days and ship via ground freight. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and front light. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and step-by-step video guides to make the process simple.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the terrain, rider weight, and pedal-assist level, you can expect a range of 30 to 50 miles per charge. Using full throttle exclusively will result in a lower range.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Goat Power Bike comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
